How do I choose the right Padel racket for my skill level?
We categorize our rackets into Beginner, Intermediate, and Professional levels. Beginners should look for round-shaped rackets for better control, while advanced players may prefer diamond-shaped rackets for increased power.
What is your shipping policy within the United States?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a racket if I have already played with it?
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all plastic wrap on the handle intact. We cannot accept returns on rackets that have been used on the court.
Do you offer warranty coverage on Padel equipment?
Yes, all our rackets come with a manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This typically covers 6 to 12 months depending on the brand, but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage from hitting walls.
What payment methods do you accept?
Padel USA accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm or Klarna.
