At Padel USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that rackets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
